Cause
The disks are not write-enabled.
Resolution
The error occurs due to an issue with the SAN/Hardware itself which is beyond the scope of Veritas Storage Foundation.
To resolve this issue, perform necessary steps in SAN or Array management to make the devices read-write enabled.
Issue/Introduction
Unable to initialize newly presented disks, even though they are visible at the Operating System level.
