Cause
The version of /usr/sbin/vxinfo is either higher or lower than /usr/sbin/vxconfigd.
Resolution
Replace /usr/sbin/vxinfo with the same version as /usr/sbin/vxconfigd or re-install the VRTSvxvm package to ensure consistency
