Resolution
Localise the PreOnline attribute - you will have to use a text editor to perform this - vi or similar.
PreOnline @NODE_name1 = 1
PreOnline @NODE_name2 = 1
Repeat for all nodes in the SystemList
Issue/Introduction
After upgrading to 5.1 or 5.1P1 the PreOnline = 1 will generate a configuration error for groups that have SystemList not containing all the cluster node names.
