VCS ERROR V-16-1-10472 VCS engine will exit to prevent any inconsistency in the cluster. More than one system in the cluster has a duplicate system name $OTHER_HOST. Make sure that a unique name exists for all systems in the cluster
Cause
The issue occurs as the /etc/VRTSvcs/conf/sysname does not have local host name. It instead has host name of one of the other nodes in the cluster.
This occurs as the VCS config files (/etc/VRTSvcs/conf/*) were copied to the new node from one of the existing nodes.
Resolution
Check and ensure the /etc/VRTSvcs/conf/sysname file on all cluster nodes has the respective local host names.

Gab is seeded but hastart fails and below error is logged in /var/VRTSVcs/log/engine_A.log
