2. Pop ups when trying to start the SQL server service manually –
The SQL Server (WTSERVER) service could not be started. A system error has occurred. System error 1067 has occurred. The process terminated unexpectedly.
Cause
This issue was cause by corruption in the Microsoft dot net framework component ver 3.5 SP1.
Resolution
This problem is resolved by the following steps:
1. Uninstall the Dot NET Framework 3.5 SP1
2. Reinstall Dot net 3.5 SP1
3. Reboot the system.
