One LUN presents the expected EFI "whole disk" minor node:

c3t600A0B8000674A0D000002204B152483d0 -> ../../devices/scsi_vhci/ssd@g600a0b8000674a0d000002204b152483:wd,raw

While the other presents an SMI :h node:

c3t600A0B8000674A0D000002234B152511d0s7 -> ../../devices/scsi_vhci/ssd@g600a0b8000674a0d000002234b152511:h,raw

VxVM requires the wd node, so in case EFI LUN is shown in OS device tree with h node VxVM will fail to claim it and core dump

please get in contact with Oracle to get  fix 146019-02 for bug id 6912703
