The above messages indicate a problem with the ACC  Library. The VRTSaaclib package may not be installed, may be corrupted or may not meet the minimum required version of the Library package.

The operations of many High Availability Agents in Veritas Cluster Server (VCS) depend on a set of Perl modules known as the ACC library. The library must be installed on each system in the cluster that runs such agents. The ACC library contains common, reusable functions that perform tasks, such as process identification, logging, and system calls. It is also important to install the ACC library on the systems with VCS before installing the Agent packages that require the AAC  Library for correct functioning of the Agent.

To fix the problem with the errors encountered and to enable the correct functionality of the Agent resources in VCS, one must correctly install the ACC library on each system in the cluster that runs an agent that depends on the ACC library.

To check if a particular Agent requires the ACC  Library to be installed for the agent functionality, please refer to the respective Agent Installation and Configuration Guide.
