Cause
Package corruption during install/patch upgrade may cause the above error.
Resolution
Check whether VRTSvxfs VRTSglm and VRTScavf packages are corrupted using the rpm -verify command.
# rpm -verify
If the above command returns errors and is not clean, remove and re-install the above packages.
1. Stop cluster on node
2. un-mount VxFS file system(s)
3. Remove corrupted packages using
#rpm -ev --nodeps
4. Reinstall the above packages and reboot cluster node
