The modification of the logging behaviour of VxAT by any user,does not impact the functioning of vxatd
Manually change the permissions to 600 or upgrade to SFHA 6.x.
chmod 600 /var/VRTSat/.VRTSat/profile/vxatdlog.conf

The sever's running the VxAT version 5.0.32.0 are impacted
# ls -l /var/VRTSat/.VRTSat/profile/vxatdlog.conf
