By default the Computer Management snap-in only shows Microsoft Message Queues (MSMQ's) for the local computer.  When clustering MSMQ you must view the MSMQ by following the instructions below

VERITAS Cluster Server (VCS)
For VCS 5.1 for Windows, access MSMQ via:

Start > Programs > Veritas > Veritas Cluster Server > Configuration Tools > Application Manager

* In Windows 2008, right click Application Manager and select Run as Administrator, otherwise could get error as below:

The VCS engine (HAD) is not running on the cluster nodes.
Failed to get the required cluster information.
The application will quit.

You can then select the application to start in the virtual server context from the drop down menu

Microsoft Cluster Server (MSCS)

1. Ensure the Enterprise Vault virtual server is online on the node the queues need to be viewed for.

2. Open a command prompt window and change to the Enterprise Vault installation folder, typically C:\Program Files\Enterprise Vault.

3. Enter the following command:

ClusterCompMgmt

This launches the Computer Management snap-in with the environment variables set so that it displays the clustered message queues.

4. Expand Services and Applications, then expand Message Queuing. The Enterprise Vault virtual server queues are listed under Private Queues.
