Plugin 'VxDMP' did not claim path 'hba:C0:T0:L0'

VxDMP is not returning unclaimed devices to native multipathing (NMP).

Add claim rule to claim Hitachi command device with NMP.

* ruleID should be less than 200

For ESX 4.1:

/usr/sbin/esxcli corestorage claimrule add --rule ruleID --type vendor --vendor=HITACHI --model=OPEN-V-CM -P NMP

For ESX 5.x:

/usr/sbin/esxcli storage core claimrule add --claimrule-class=MP --rule=ruleID --plugin NMP --type vendor --vendor HITACHI --model OPEN-V-CM

**A reboot is required for the change to take effect.
