Two Service Groups with an online global firm dependency.

 When the child service group faults, the parent service group is marked for migration and goes offline:

2014/03/18 21:31:53 VCS ERROR V-16-1-10205 Group childSG is faulted on system Server201

2014/03/18 21:31:53 VCS WARNING V-16-1-50050 Migrating parent parentSG from node Server202, PM will select the next best node

The child service group comes online:

2014/03/18 21:31:53 VCS NOTICE V-16-1-10447 Group childSG is online on system Server202

But the parent service group remains offline:

2014/03/18 21:34:55 VCS NOTICE V-16-1-10446 Group parentSG is offline on system Server202

Due to a known issue, when a Service Group is probed, VCS engine clears its MigrateQ. This causes the parent Service Group to remain offline. Service Group probing can occur when a faulted node joins the cluster but before the parent Service Group initiates online.

This issue is tracked via incident e2746802 and is fixed in the below or later version of patches.
