The CP installation process does not have uninstall capabilities.  However, each patch that are installed via the CP can be removed manually 1 at a time.

Veritas has created a batch uninstall script that works for any CP for Storage Foundation for Windows products.  The script needs to be run via an Administrative command prompt.  Once the script has completed running, the server will need to be rebooted.  Some patches may not be completely removed until after the reboot and the possibilities of patch dependencies, the uninstall script may need to be run multiple times on a server to completely remove all patches installed by the CP installer.
