Issue/Introduction

When keyless license is installed on a system and at the same time the system is managed by Veritas Operations Manager (VOM), the keyless license will not expire and CmdServer should not log messages stating that the keyless license expires. But due to the incident listed in the Supplemental Material Section of this article, CmdServer still logs messages stating the keyless license expiration regardless. The messages will usually appear about 4 hours after CmdServer is started.
