Cause

Cluster was previously part of a VBS. VBS has been removed and/or cluster removed from VBS. As per VBS design, VOM pushes the VBS credential and snapshot from VOM CS to MH node. When this credential is pushed the vbsapp resource will get auto-added to the ClusterService group configuration. Periodically VOM checks for vbsapp resource, and will try to recreate it if it does not exist.

Resolution

Vbsapp resource check is based on config files present in snapshots folder.

Unix location: /var/opt/VRTSsfmcs/VBS/snapshots
Windows location:  C:\ProgramData\Symantec\VRTSsfmcs\VBS\snapshots\

Remove .json file for hostname that is no longer part of VBS configuration.
- Vbsapp resource will no longer be created.
