The Veritas Operations Manager SNMP Trap Service service failed to start due to the following error:
The system cannot find the file specified.
Cause
Image File Execution Options registry entry causes file to not execute properly.
Resolution
Remove or rename the xtrapd.exe regsitry key in the following location:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Image File Execution Options\
