Resolution
Edit VOM java.security configuration file.
1. Open c:\program files\veritas\vrtssfmcs\webgui\jre\lib\security\java.security
2. Update jdk.certpath.disabledAlgorithms=MD2, RSA keySize < 1024 to jdk.certpath.disabledAlgorithms=
