Notes about hardware compatibility

Veritas maintains a Hardware Compatibility List (HCL) for Veritas Storage Foundation and High Availability Solutions for Windows products on the Veritas Support web site. The HCL gives information on HBAs, firmware, and switches that have been tested with each supported array. Check the HCL for details about your hardware before installing this DDI package:

IMPORTANT

Storage arrays may require additional configuration steps or updates to work with Veritas Storage Foundation for Windows and MPIO. Contact the manufacturer of the storage array for details.

Device Driver Installation Package Q3 2015 applies to the following versions:

• Veritas InfoScale 7.0 for Windows products (Veritas InfoScale Foundation, Veritas InfoScale Storage, Veritas InfoScale Enterprise)
• Veritas Storage Foundation for Windows (SFW) versions 6.0, 6.0.1, 6.0.2,and 6.1
• Veritas Storage Foundation and High Availability Solutions for Windows (SFW HA) versions 6.0, 6.0.1, 6.0.2, and 6.1
• Veritas Dynamic Multi-Pathing for Windows (DMPW) (the standalone product) versions 6.0, 6.0.1, 6.0.2, and 6.1

The Veritas DDI Q3 2015 adds support for the following arrays:

• PURESTORAGE FlashArray
• HITACHI VSP G400 array
• Oracle ZFS Storage 7350, 7355, 7430, 7470 array
