When attempting to online the service group from Cluster Explorer, the following prompt is displayed if any resources are disabled in the service group:
 

After selecting Yes,  nothing will happen if this issue is being encountered.


When attempting to online the service group from the CLI, the following error is returned:

    VCS NOTICE V-16-1-50036 There are no enabled resources in the group to online.

This has been identified as unexpected behavior and is corrected in Veritas Storage Foundation (tm) HA for Windows version 4.3 and later. Upgrading to this version will resolve the issue.

Alternatively to work around this issue, use one of the following methods:

1.Delete the resource that is intended to be disabled
or
2. Delete the dependencies on the resource that is intended to be disabled
or
3. Enable the resource at the top of the dependency tree
