Resource has not been probed on system SERVERNAME
Resolution
This error may occur if the "Volume Name" attribute of the affected MountV resource incorrectly contains a volume label instead of a volume name. This can be verified by reviewing the Volumes tab in the Veritas Enterprise Administrator (VEA) (Figure 1).

Notice that the "Name" column contains volume labels, while the "Volume Name" column contains volume names.
Only volume names should be added to the "Volume Name" attribute of a MountV resource (Figure 2).

Issue/Introduction
When attempting to online a MountV resource in Veritas Cluster, it failed to online and reports an error as "Resource has not been probed on system SERVERNAME"
