Resolution
Clear the tutil flags and then refresh the snapshot by following this procedure
# vxmend -g clear tutil # vxmend -g clear tutil # vxsnap -g dis # vxvol -g pdhpdg start # /usr/sbin/vxsnap -g diskgroup refresh source=original_volume
Issue/Introduction
When trying to refresh a snapshot, it reports that the volume is busy and the source volume shows "INST_SRC1"
