Cause
While the LUN has been changed at the array level, the Operating system is not aware of the changes. When resizing the LUN, the errors appear due to the resize operation not being aware that the LUN has been expanded.
Resolution
Run a Refresh or Rescan using From Veritas Enterprise Administrator (VEA) -> Actions -> Refresh/Rescan
OR
Deport the Diskgroup (DG) and Import it again that contains the volume which is to be resized.
Issue/Introduction
After resizing a LUN from the disk controller interface, which is presented to a Storage Foundation for Windows Host utilizing this LUN for an existing volume, it reports an error.
