System error 1 has occurred. Incorrect function

Cause

This message appears if one of the MAC addresses listed in llttab.txt does not match the current hardware configuration.
 
 
1. Use the following command to stop LLT:
netstop llt /y
 
2. Use the following command to return a list of available MAC addresses:
getmac-v
 
3. Modify llttab.txt with the correct MAC addresses.
 
Note:Llttab.txt is usually located here: C:\ProgramFiles\Veritas\comms\llt
 
4. Use the following command to start HAD.
hastart
 
 
 

 

Issue/Introduction

When starting VCSCOMM service, the operation times out and reports an error.
