System fails to boot after upgrading toVxVM 5.0MP3RP2 with the following error:

Workaround:
=========
1. Manually unencapsulate bootdisk.
2. Stop VxVM from starting on server reboot.
# touch/etc/vx/reconfig.d/state.d/install-db
3. Reboot and run vxinstall
#vxinstall
(follow through with your specific or default settings)
4.destroy rootdg
# vxdg destroy rootdg
5. Check using prtvtoc and use format to zero out tag 14 and 15.
6 Encapsulated boot disk using vxdiskadm option 2.
