The associated file system will also be disabled.
Set the optimized space snapshot autogrow parameter to ON. i.e.
vxcache -g test1 set autogrow=on snap_voltest1-C01
Verify the parameter setting:
vxprint -mg test1 snap_voltest1-C01 |grep autogrow
To check and monitor the size of the cache volume use the 'vxcache' command as shown below.
vxcache -g test1 stat snap_voltest1-C01
