Not connected - WMI Connection failed. Error=800706BA.
Cause
This issue can occur when the Windows Firewall prevents WMI from making a connection to the nodes in the cluster.
Resolution
To address this issue, disable the "Windows Firewall/Internet Connection Sharing (ICS)" service from the Windows Services console for all the impacted nodes and retry the operation.
To confirm Click on Start > Run > wmimgmt.msc
Right Click WMI Control > Properties
Check for both Local and Remote WMI Connectivity

While running Veritas Cluster Configuration Wizard (VCW) to configure a new cluster or to add new node(s) to an existing cluster, the validation check for one or more nodes fails.
