Message V-16-1-10307 returned from MultiNICB type resource "Resource is offline on host (Not initiated by VCS)" then the entire service group faulted

Cause
- Service group netsg faulted since persistent resource MultiNICB was reported offline since in.mpathd indicates all NICs in group appNIC have failed
Resolution
- The VCS agent reacted accordingly based on the information returned from in.mpathd i.e. "All Interfaces in group appNIC have failed"
Issue/Introduction
Message V-16-1-10307 returned from MultiNICB type resource "Resource is offline on host (Not initiated by VCS)".
As seen in the system messages file:
May 2 04:10:51 stvsauxmu04 in.mpathd[2133]: [ID 168056 daemon.error] All Interfaces in group appNIC have failed
As seen in the VCS engine log file:
