The specified disk is not empy, operation not allowed.

This message appears because there is a record of a volume on the disk that is missing. The missing disk record cannot be removed while the volume record remains.

1. Click on the missing disk record and select "Disk View."

2. Notice any volumes records that remain on the disk.

3. Remove any volumes, or log records. Once the missing disk record is empty, the record can be removed.

Warning: When deleting a log, DO NOT simply right-click on the log and select "remove". This will delete the entire volume. To remove a log, right-click on the log and select "Log > Remove." Also, note that the volume that is located the missing disk record may be a part of a larger volume that spans multiple disks. Ensure that you know exactly what the nature of the volume is before deleting it.
