Issue with VXATD

Cause
vxatd was not configured on the system.
Resolution
# cd /opt/VRTS/install
# ./installat -configure
..Selected Option 1 from menu.
Once this is done the VXATD service group starts up automatically on the system.
Issue/Introduction
In CFS/CVM environment, following rebuilding of one node of the cluster, the process 'vxatd' wasn't starting on that node.
