IPMultiNICB:uv00001q-ip:monitor:Address exists on physical interface in
another zone
Cause
Incorrect dependency between IPMultiNICB resource and Zone resource.
Resolution
VCS needs Zone resource to come up first before IPMultiNICB can come online.
IPmultiNICB resource should depend on Zone resources and NOT vice-versa.

#haconf -dump -makero

VCS 5.1SP1 with Zone under VCS control.
Issue/Introduction
When IPMultiNICB is configured to start in Zone, PMultiNICB monitor gives the following error:
