Cause

 This is a known issue documented under  (e1951062) - The number of active paths of DMP nodes reported incorrectly by 'vxdmpadm getlungroup'

 

Resolution

 Fix for above etrack included in 5.0MP3RP5HF1 or later versions

vxdmpadm and vxdisk command shows incorrect active paths for a device. If system loses last active path, it will result file system disable issue.
