Cause
it's a known issue if vfstab does not have correct Filesystem entries and will be fixed in later VRTSsfmh release.
Resolution
correct the vfstab entries notice the first "-"
change from
system1:/vol/vol0/share1/utl_bea /utl_bea nfs - yes soft,bg,rw
Change to
system1:/vol/vol0/share1/utl_bea - /utl_bea nfs - yes soft,bg,rw
