VxVM vxvol ERROR V-5-1-6415 Cannot start detached volume $VOL

The data volume in Detached Detach state and hence it fails to start.

1. Disassociate the volume from RVG
# vxvol -g $DiskGroup dis $Volume

2. Start the volume
# vxvol -g $DiskGroup start $Volume

3. Associate back the volume to RVG
# vxvol -g $DiskGroup assoc $RVG $Volume

4. Start the RVG
# vxrvg -g $DG start $RVG

5. Verify
# vxprint -htrg $DG
