Error Message
ORA-17612: Failed to discover Oracle Disk Manager library, return value 2
Cause
The ODM package and relevant setup were not completed successfully.
No errors were indicated at the initial installation of the VRTSodm package.
Resolution
Remove the VRTSodm package using "rpm -e VRTSodm" command or similar.
Follow the instructions from the Guide linked below to re-install the VRTSodm package.

Issue/Introduction
The Oracle Device Manager (ODM) module fails to load at boot.
The entry "/dev/odm" is not listed in the mount command output.
