Error Message
No error. The "ls" command is unresponsive.
Cause
Defect in Veritas Volume Manager. I/O is stuck in the DMP deferred queue (dmp_deferq).
Identified that Etrack 2792242 addresses this issue.
Resolution
Install the latest hotfix for VxVM 5.1SP1RP2P3 or upgrade to SF-HA 6.0.1.
