Cause

This is caused by an incompatibility with kernel-2.6.32-279.11.1.el6.x86_64. This kernel version changed symbols and a SFHA version has not yet been compiled to address the changes.(as of 11-2-2012) Refer to Release notes for kernel versions supported.

Note: Version version RHEL 6.3 kernel-2.6.32-279.el6.x86_64 is supported.

Resolution

Modify the boot loader to boot to an alternate kernel, such as kernel-2.6.32-279.el6.x86_64 and install/upgrade to that kernel. This kernel version has been tested and is supported for 6.0, 6.01 and 6.02.
