Configuring a new SQL Server service group on a VCS cluster, the SQL Server 2008 Configuration Wizard successfully creates the required folder, %VCS_HOME%\Temp on the 1st node (the node upon which the wizard ran). However during the install process the RegRep Agent does not create the same required folder on the failover node(s). Consequently the additional failover node(s) are not configured properly.

There is a folder that needs to be created on the failover node(s) for the application service group for the RegRep Agent:   %VCS_HOME%\Temp
Please create this folder on all failover nodes and try the operation again. 

This folder has been seen in the past to not be created during the process after running the SQL Server 2008 Configuration Wizard or during orginial install of SFW-HA.

2 or more node cluster - running the SQL Server 2008 Configuration Wizard (also used to configure SQL Server 2012) on the primary server or node.
