VEA Error V-39-49152-9 Your user account does not have privileges to perform the operation.
Resolution
When SFW is installed on a non-English or a non-German version of the Windows operating system, operations may fail with the above permission error.
Workaround:
It is possible to alleviate this issue by creating a local group called Administrators and adding the native administrative group.
Resolution:
A fix for this issue is included in currently-supported versions of this product.
Issue/Introduction
When trying to perform various administrative operations within Veritas Enterprise Administrator (VEA) following message is displayed and the operation is unsuccessful: VEA Error V-39-49152-9 Your user account does not have privileges to perform the operation.
