Description

Error Message

V-76-58645-592

Could not lock all volumes. Clustered disk group was not deported

Cause

This message appears if a handle is present on a volume that is located on one of the disks within the DG, when the deport operation is initiated.

Resolution

Close any application or process that is maintaining a handle on the volume.

If the same error is reported even after the hosted application is closed, then a Microsoft utility: handle.exe can be used to determine which process is still maintaining a handle on the volume.

The tool is available at Handle v5.0
