This icon is a normal and expected icon for any third party/custom disk resource type in a failover cluster. It does not indicate any problems. It only indicates that a non-Physical disk resource is used.

A blue question mark icon ‘?’ is displayed on the Volume Manager Disk Group (VMDg) resource in a Windows Server 2008 R2 Failover Cluster (WSFC).
