"LDAP Error: Server is unreachable. Please try again after some time" appears when trying to log into the web GUI of a command server in InfoScale Operations Manager

Server is unreachable. Please try again after some time.
Cause
While logging in, there is a time-out during the authentication request to the LDAP server.
Resolution
The issue can be resolved by replacing the /opt/VRTSsfmcs/webgui/vom/jsp/base/home.jsp file with a new version that is provided by Veritas Technical Support. Open a case with Veritas technical support to get this file.
Issue/Introduction
The WebDebug log shows that the LDAP user authentication process is taking "XX" seconds. The VIOM (Veritas InfoScale Operations Manager) login default timeout is set to 30 seconds, so after 30 seconds the error "Server is unreachable. Please try again after some time" appears. Since the LDAP authentication is successful after the browser finishes refreshing, the user can log in.
