Error Message
When trying to start VCScomm the following message is shown:A System error has occured.
System error 1 has occured.
Incorrect Function.A Windows event will be present, similar to the following:
12/01/2016 12:44:00 PM ERROR 1(0xe0100001) VCSComm [System Name] The description for Event ID (1) (0xe0100001) in Source (VCSComm) cannot be found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. The following information is part of the event:lltconfig -c: LLT lltconfig ERROR V-14-2-15069 cannot open configuration file %PATH% ;Cause
This error may occur if the Registry key for LLT (Low Latency Transport) has an incorrect path to the llttab.txt or llthosts.txt files.
Resolution
Verify that the LLT paths are set correctly in the Windows Registry, and that the llttab.txt and llthosts.txt files are actually found at the path specified.
