Solution
Veritas has provided two hotfixes to fix this issue:
VRTSamf 6.2.1.002
VRTSamf 6.2.1.202
There is currently no public patch available for this issue. Please contact Veritas Support to get the private hotfix.
Alternatively the following workaround can be used:
Disable IMF for the Mount resource agent on each node in the cluster:
# haimfconfig -display
#Agent STATUS
Apache ENABLED
Application ENABLED
CSSD ENABLED
Db2udb ENABLED
DiskGroup ENABLED
Mount ENABLED

Process ENABLED
Sybase ENABLED
SybaseBk ENABLED
# haimfconfig -disable -agent Mount

VCS WARNING V-16-52-59 This will change configuration files. Do you want to continue (yes/no)?: [yes] yes
