Veritas has provided two hotfixes to fix this issue:

VRTSamf 6.2.1.002
VRTSamf 6.2.1.202

There is currently no public patch available for this issue. Please contact Veritas Support to get the private hotfix.

Alternatively the following workaround can be used:

Disable IMF for the Mount resource agent on each node in the cluster:

If IMF (Intelligent Monitoring Framework) is used for monitoring Mount resources in a VCS 6.2.1 cluster with sles12sp1 (3.12.67-60.64.24-default), a panic will be observed on the nodes in the cluster.
