This message is logged if the LLT link network becomes unstable and LLT sends the LLT ARP (Address Resolution Protocol) packets when the unstable LLT link recovers from the transient error.
Resolution
This message can be turned off in order to avoid the flooding of the system message file while the network issue is being investigated.
This message can be turned off by running the following command on a live system:
To suppress this permanently, even after reboot, add the following to the /etc/llttab:
