This is due to an authentication issue .
A private fix exists for this issue and is applicable to both rhel6 and rhel7. Please contact Veritas Technical Support if you require this fix.
This fix is included in the VIOM 7.3.0.100 GA patch which is available on SORT under:
https://sort.veritas.com/patch/detail/12969
However in order to address the login issue, it will be necessary to deploy this patch on the CMS using the 'vomadm' command:
/opt/VRTSsfmh/bin/vomadm hotfix --install
