How to Obtain Product Downloads and Media

Software downloads can be accessed from the Dashboard, Entitlements, and Downloads tabs of VEMS by clicking the  download button. Which one to use is a matter of preference. In each tab, entitlements can be filtered by product or located by Entitlement ID.

Veritas 360 Data Management offerings are sold by front-end terabyte in one, two, or three year subscriptions.  The right to use the software, access technical support, and obtain version upgrades expire at the same time.

NOTE: Customers have the option of purchasing the NetBackup portion as perpetual licenses as part of a hybrid licensing option.

Perpetual

Licenses to use the offerings are perpetual, and maintenance must be renewed yearly in order to retain access to technical support and version upgrades.

NOTE:  The InfoMap portion of the Perpetual offering is a subscription.

Veritas 360 Data Management is a new offering. Customers may not access prior versions of the offerings included in the Veritas 360 Data Management bundles.
