ORA-15181: symbol [odm_mkdir] not found in library odm library
Cause
The above issue is related to an Oracle bug in 11.2.0.4 which introduced a regression in ODM. Oracle has produced patches for some platforms, including Oracle patch # 17501491 (ODM API VERSION IS NOT CORRECT FOR ODM_MKDIR CALL IN 11.2.0.4.0).
Resolution
Check if you require additional patches from Oracle. Consult the Storage Foundation/InfoScale Oracle support matrix for verison compatibility
