FAIL: Service definition not found in /usr/sap/sapservices.
is observed in the /var/VRTSvcs/log/SAPNW_A.log file
Cause
This is due to the SAP instance under VCS control not being defined in the /usr/sap/sapservices file.
Resolution
Once the SAP instance is added to the /usr/sap/sapservices file on each node in the cluster, VCS is able to successfully start the SAPNW resource.
