Error Message

This issue may be identified by install_sfm.log showing:
: Leaving stop_xtrapd_service function
: Leaving stop_services function
: Upgrading the database
: Fail to migrate database
: Database upgrade failed.
: Unfreezing the service groups
: Starting the services

CMS upgrade will fail from 7.3.1 HF2 onwards to 7.4 due to DB changes in VIOM 
7.4.

This issue is addressed in VIOM patch vom-viom_7_4_pre_upgrade_patch:

Install the patch first, then proceed with the upgrade.

When upgrading the VIOM management server from 7.3.1 to 7.4 an issue may appear where the database fails to upgrade.
