Description

The steps below can be used in Storage Foundation for Windows (SFW) or InfoScale to configure alters for Veritas Volume Replicator (VVR) events.

Instructions

Open VEA console:

• Click on Control Panel -> Local host (->In Older versions, you will see the option of Action Agent) -> Select Rule Manager

• Click on New Rule ->Welcome to Rule wizard will be displayed -> Select A Rule based on the Alert topic.

• Click on Select button and a Select Alerts pop-up will be displayed.
• Select the desired options (Example: Replication Stopped on Secondary)
